One email before the week starts, built from the metadata in your Microsoft 365: the broker firms showing bind, submission or renewal intent, ranked against their own normal, each with the person who should pick it up. When you want to act on one, BindSignal prepares the call or drafts the reply.
Microsoft 365 · Read-only · Nothing to install · Never contacts a broker
£500 / $750 for four weeks on your own inboxes. Your first ranked digest lands in week two.
They're hired to price risk accurately and write good business, and the good ones are very good at it. Producer cadence, relationship prioritisation and follow-up timing are a separate discipline, one most underwriters never trained in and have no particular reason to want to.
At 20 producers it doesn't matter, because an underwriter can hold 20 relationships and their normal rhythms in their head. At 60 that stops being possible for anyone. Nobody hired an underwriter to run a follow-up cadence across sixty producers, and the ones who try are doing it on top of a full day of pricing risk.
The broker who sent bind intent on Tuesday gets the same Monday morning attention as the one who emailed on Friday.
The renewal thread that reopened after six weeks quiet sits in the same inbox as the low-intent servicing query.
Both look the same in an inbox, because an inbox sorts on when something arrived.
A broker who sends a bind instruction on Tuesday and hears nothing until Friday may well have placed it elsewhere by Thursday. Nobody sees that happen, because nothing records the days in between.
Distribution generates revenue, so this is a growth purchase rather than a saving. It points your team at the broker conversations carrying the most commercial intent this week, and asks nothing of them to do it.
You choose the Microsoft 365 mailboxes, your admin grants standard app consent, and email metadata is read weekly. Nobody has to enter anything.
System mail, internal threads and low-intent contacts are filtered out. A producer working through three underwriters is counted once, as one relationship.
Each firm is scored on the intent in its traffic and how far this week departs from its own 1-week, 4-week and 8-week baselines. That's what separates a broker genuinely accelerating from one returning to normal after a quiet spell.
One email, Sunday evening or Monday morning, to whoever you choose. Each firm carries a next action and the person who should pick it up. With briefings switched on, a firm with enough recent correspondence also carries a button to prepare the call or draft the next reply. Nothing is read until someone presses it.
Knowing which broker to call is half of it. The other half is reading back through the thread to work out what's open before you pick up the phone. BindSignal does that part when you ask.
The ranking runs on our own rules and baselines. AI comes in only when you ask: it prepares the call and drafts the reply, and you decide what gets sent. BindSignal never contacts a broker.
Briefings and drafts are optional and switched on under separate AI processing terms, which you can accept when you apply for a pilot. Example firm, people and correspondence are invented.
An email is light enough to fit into a Monday. There's no habit to form, no tab to keep open and no seat to log into. It's written to be read on a phone on Sunday evening, so everything needed to act is in it: the firm, the reason, the owner, and a button when you want the call prepared or the reply drafted.
Week one establishes the baseline. Your first ranked digest lands in week two, and by then you'll be looking at which broker firms are running above or below their own normal. We confirm fit before a pilot starts, and if we decide it isn't one, we refund the fee in full.
Pilots run in small cohorts, because every pilot digest is checked by a person before it sends.
The starter package covers up to 20 mailboxes, including 5 shared mailboxes, for under $30k a year. Fixed, with no per-seat creep. Inbox count and pricing scale from there as coverage grows.
System mail, internal threads and low-intent contacts are filtered out.
Your first ranked digest, with firms measured against their own 4-week baseline.
Week-on-week movement shows which firms are genuinely accelerating.
Each ranked firm carries a next action and an owner, then the debrief.
BindSignal connects to your Microsoft 365 environment via standard Microsoft app consent, the same process your IT team approves routinely. You choose which mailboxes are connected, and you can revoke consent from your own Microsoft 365 admin at any time.
Access is set by what you ask for. The weekly digest reads metadata only: no message bodies and no attachments. A briefing reads message bodies for one firm, the one someone asked about, at the moment they ask. It never reads attachments and nothing is stored afterwards. Briefings stay off until you accept the AI processing terms, and run on Microsoft Azure OpenAI in North Europe, inside BindSignal's own Microsoft tenancy. Your correspondence is never used to train a model.
Each organisation's data is kept separate. There is no cross-tenant data and no persistent storage of message content.
Your IT team will want to see this before consent. Send it to them →
The application takes about five minutes. We come back within two business days to confirm fit, then set up Microsoft consent with your admin, which takes 30 to 60 minutes. Your first ranked digest lands in week two.
